[IT] Studio di fattibilità che prevede la sostituzione edilizia di un edificio attualmente adibito a magazzino, con un nuovo immobile destinato ad ospitare funzioni operative quali Ricerca&Sviluppo, laboratori, uffici e il nuovo ristorante aziendale.
Il trasferimento di queste funzioni nel nuovo edificio comporta la modernizzazione del sito e la riorganizzazione interna degli edifici esistenti con l’obiettivo di migliorare i rapporti tra i vari gruppi di lavoro e rappresenta l’occasione di distribuire gli spazi secondo modalità che tengano conto dell’evoluzione delle modalità di lavoro.
Il progetto esprime la volontà dell’azienda di creare un luogo che favorisca la responsabilizzazione, l’autonomia, la collaborazione tra diverse funzioni.
[EN]Feasibility study that provides for the replacement of an existing building currently used as a warehouse with a new building intended to house operational functions such as Research & Development, laboratories, offices and the new company restaurant.
The transfer of these functions to the new building involves the modernization of the whole site and the reorganization of the existing buildings’ office space, with the aim of improving relations between the various working groups, and represents an opportunity to rethink the layouts in ways that take into account the evolution of working methods. The project expresses the company’s desire to create a place that fosters accountability, autonomy, collaboration between different departments.
